天然气含水量计算的程序化实现 被引量:2

Estimate water content of natural gas based on the Visual Basic

摘要 天然气含水量是天然气加工工艺设计的基础。本文利用Visual Basic(VB)实现了天然气含水量的机算。通过对比2 MPa、7 MPa、12 MPa下的非酸性天然气及酸性天然气含水量手算值,考核了程序的正确性。并将该程序计算值及常用天然气含水量计算软件(Aspen Hysys7.2、Aspen Plus7.2、ProⅡ9.2)计算值与文献实验值对比,结果显示,该程序计算值与文献实验值间的误差(AD)均约为3%,平均误差(AAD)为2.662%,低于Aspen Hysys7.2、Aspen Plus7.2及ProⅡ9.2,具有较高准确性。 Estimation of water content is the foundation of natural gas processing and designing. The formulated method is one of the most widely used to estimate water content in natural gas. In this paper, a program based on Visual Basic for the estimating of water content had been presented. To judge the correctness of this program, a comparison among the predicted value and the Hand count value has been provided at the pressure of 2 MPa, 7 MPa and 12 MPa respectively. Meanwhile, the program could do the conversion between various units of temperature or pressure, which made the calculation of water content more convenient. Meanwhile, comparing this program with the most widely used software to estimate water content in natural gas, such as Asepn Hysys 7.2, Aspen Plus 7.2 and ProⅡ9.2 is chosen in this paper. With a comparison between the results of the program and the experimental value of reference, the results show that the AD(absolute deviation) of different samples are mostly around 5 %, and the AAD(average absolute deviation) is 2.662 % which is lower than other software.
