阀组集气工艺技术难点分析及设计

摘要 为了研究低产气田阀组集气工艺的适用性,调研了阀组集气工艺的主要特点和优缺点,并进行了阀组集气工艺技术难点分析。重点针对采气管道积液问题,研究采气管道保温、管径和运行参数等因素变化对天然气饱和含水量和持液率的影响规律,得出以下结论:不保温管道与保温管道相比,不保温管道随着距离的增加,天然气饱和含水量曲线出现很明显的拐点,持液率较大;管径越大,管道沿程饱和含水量下降较快,管道内很快析出大量的游离水,持液率越大;输送压力越大,天然气饱和含水量越小,管内析出水量越多,持液率越大;地温越高,天然气饱和含水量越大,管内析出水量越少,持液率越小。同时,针对阀组集气工艺存在的主要技术难点提出了设计建议。 In order to study the applicability of gas gathering process applying valve groups,the main features,technical difficulties,advantages and disadvantages of the gas gathering process are systematically investigated and analyzed.With focusing on liquid accumulation problem in pipeline,the effects of gathering pipeline thermal insulation,pipeline diameter and operation parameters on the saturated water content in natural gas and the liquid holdup rate are researched.The following conclusions are obtained:Firstly,compared with insulated pipeline,the saturated water content curve of non- insulation pipeline has an obvious turn point with the increment of pipeline distance and has higher liquid holdup rate.Secondly,the bigger the pipeline diameter is,the more rapid the saturated water content along pipeline decreases,a large amount of free water appears quickly in pipeline and liquid holdup rate becomes higher.Thirdly,the higher the pipeline pressure is,the less the saturated water content in natural gas is,more water in pipeline appears and liquid holdup rate becomes higher.Fourthly,the higher the earth temperature is,the larger the saturated water content in natural gas is,less amount of water in pipeline appears and liquid holdup rate becomes lower.Finally,the design suggestions are put forward to solve the main technical difficulties in gas gathering process applying valve groups.
