摘要
基于多体运动学理论,对某重型汽车断开式转向系统结构进行简化与分析,利用Adams软件建立虚拟样机模型并进行运动学及转向性能仿真分析;以车辆转向系统设计理论为基础,以转向系统实际转角与理论转角的误差最小为优化目标,对该模型进行优化设计,使该转向系统的操纵稳定性最佳。
The structure of breaking-steering system for a heavy vehicle was simplified and analyzed based on multi-body dynamics theory. The virtual model of steering system was established with Adams software, and the kinematics and steering performance of the steering system were simulated and ana-lyzed. Based on the design theory of vehicle steering system, aiming at the minimum error between the actual steering angle and the theoretical steering angle of the steering system, the model was optimized to achieve the best handling stability of the steering system.
