摘要
"以生为本"是教育科学发展的核心,是学校人才培养工作中的基本价值理念,文章从概念入手,阐释了"以生为本"的基本要义,并从课程设置、教学模式、校企合作、创业教育、心理健康教育等五个方面提出了其在人才培养工作中的实施策略。
The idea of putting students first is not only the core values shaped in the development of educational science, but also the basic values guiding the work of preparing students for workforce. This paper first analyzes the essence of the idea and then puts forward the implementation strategy from five aspects： curriculum, teaching mode, school-enterprise cooperation, entrepreneurship education, and psychological health education.
