摘要 森林火灾是威胁全球森林面积的一大重要因素,而烟雾作为森林火灾早期的一种显著现象,应当作为森林防火监测的首选目标。该文针对绕固定轴作周期性转动的摄像机拍摄的视频,构建林火监测与识别系统。系统包括视频帧定位、前景提取、烟雾判定、背景更新等模块。提出了一种基于背景帧序列分段模板匹配的视频帧定位算法,可以实现视频帧在全景背景中的快速准确定位。在前景提取和烟雾判定等模块中优化并融合了多种现有的图像处理方法,取得了良好的效果。整个系统可以实时运行,并可以在较长时间内保持稳定状态。 Video from a rotating camera which rotates about a fixed axis was used in a forest-fire smoke monitoring and detection system. The system was divided into several modules for video frame location, foreground extraction, smoke detection and background updating. The video frame locating algorithm can accurately and rapidly locate a video-frame in a panoramic background. The foreground extraction and smoke detection algorithms were optimized and merged to give an efficient system that can run in real-time and remain stable for long periods.
