摘要
目的分析青岛海滨自然疗养因子在骨科康复中的应用,为充分开发利用提供依据。方法搜集研究近年来青岛海滨有益于骨科康复的自然疗养因子资料并进行综合分析。结果青岛海滨地处北温带,具有负离子、日光浴、海水浴、森林浴等自然疗养因子,具有促进骨折愈合的作用。结论青岛疗养地自然疗养因子丰富,对运动系统疾病具有预防保健、健康促进和疾病康复的作用。
Objective To analyze the applications of Qingdao coast natural convalescent factors in orthopedic reha-bilitation so as to provide the basis for full developm ent and utilization .Methods Data of Qingdao natural convales-cent factors beneficial to orthopedic rehabilitation in recent years were collected for research and com prehensive analy-sis.Results Qingdao coast is situated at the north tem perate zone m onsoon region ,which is rich of natural convales-cent factors such as anion ,sunbathing ,seawater bath ,green shower and so on ,which can exert a favorable effect on fracture healing .Conclusion Qingdao sanatorium is rich of natural convalescent factors,which can achieve prevention and health care,health prom otion,and rehabilitation for m otor system diseases.
