液压技术实验系统测控仿真研究

摘要 液压技术是现阶段广泛应用于各个工程领域的传动技术,具有适用性强、功率质量比高的优点。在实际工作中,通过动态测控的方式测定液压系统性能的优劣,通过测控结果对液压系统进行分析和改进。建立液压系统动态性能测试平台,是液压系统发展的必然结果。与传统测试方式相比,仿真测试可以模拟液压系统的常规运行,确保测控结果的准确性和真实性。同时,仿真测试的成本相对较低,可以有效解决人力物力。 In present hydraulic transmission technology is widely used in many engineering fields, and has many advantages like strong applicability, high ratio of power quality. In practice, the performance of hydraulic system is measured through dynamic control, which is analyzed to improve hydraulic system. The establishment of dynamic performance test platform of hydraulic system is the inevitable. Compared with traditional testing methods, simulation test could simulate normal operation of hydraulic system, ensured the accuracy and authenticity of measurement results, meanwhile, simulation test had relatively low cost both on manpower and material resources.
