基于三维实体模型的纵流壳程换热器数值研究 被引量:13

Numerical Research on Heat Exchanger with Longitudinal Flow of Shell-side Based on 3-D Solid Model

摘要 利用FLUENT软件对三叶孔板换热器壳程流体流动和传热特性进行了数值模拟研究,建立了"周期性全截面计算模型"和"单元流道模型",并对其计算结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:随着换热器壳体内径D的增大,2种模型的计算结果逐渐接近;当D>800mm时,2种模型计算结果的误差已降至10%左右,此时"单元流道模型"具备实用性和适用性;在D≤800mm时,提出了"单元流道模型"的修正算法,给出了压力梯度和对流传热系数的修正关联式。 The flow and heat transfer characteristics in the shell-side of the heat exchanger with trefoil-tube-support plates were numerical studied by using FLUENT, The "Periodic Whole Cross-section computation Model" and "Periodic Unit Duct Model" were built, and the computed results of the two models were comparatively analyzed. It turned out that, the computed result of the two models become closer with the diameter of the shell (D) increasing;when D 〉 800mm, the error between the computed results of the two models has dropped to 10%, and the "Periodic Unit Duct Model" have practicability and applicability; when D ≤800mm, the modifier algorithm of the "Periodic Unit Duct Model" was proposed, and the modified formula of the convective heat transfer coefficients and the pressure gradient were provided.
