摘要
目的了解城市学龄前儿童身高生长现状,促进儿童生长监测和身高偏离儿童的干预。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样调查九城市学龄前儿童身高状况,包括儿童身高、父母身高等,采用世界卫生组织(WHO)标准进行评价。计数资料的组间比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果11 939名学龄前儿童中,1/2的儿童年龄别身高<P25或≥P75,1.78%的儿童生长迟缓,各年龄组儿童身高评价差异有统计学意义(χ2=105.778,P<0.01);男女童身高与其靶身高的评价差异有统计学意义(χ2=35.387,P<0.01);靶身高≥P75的儿童中,2.45%的男童和2.71%的女童年龄别身高<P25。结论儿童保健工作者和家长需加强儿童身高监测,综合评价儿童身高及其靶身高,对身高偏离的儿童采取相应的治疗和改进措施,重视孩子的身高增长。
Objective To evaluate the height of urban preschool children, in order to monitor their growth. Methods A multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to enroll preschool children from 9 urban areas, kid height as well as parent height were measured. Their overall growth condition was assessed based on WHO standard. Chi-square test was used for data analysis. Results Among 11 939 preschool children, the heights of half of them were either below 25 percentile or over 75 percentile, and 1.78% of the children were stun- ted. There were statistically significant differences of height evaluation among kids in different age groups (x^2 =105. 778, P〈0.01), and also the differences of evaluation between the actual height and target height of both boys and girls were significant (x^2 =35. 387, P〈0.01). Among kids with target height over 75 height percentile, the actual heights of 2.45% boys and 2.71% girls were below 25 height percentile. Conclusions Child health workers and parents should intensively monitor the physical growth of children by evaluating the actual height with target height, especially for kids who have huge height deviation.
