摘要
多媒体手术示教是手术教学的有效创新,解决了手术现场观摩所带来的种种问题,然而解决不了学员精力难长时间集中,学习时段要求长的问题。微课以视频为主要载体,具有教学时间短、示教主题突出、资源容量小,方便随时随地学习的特点。基于多媒体手术示教的视频,在微课的理论指导下,提出了手术示教微课平台的建设思路和方法,将手术示教视频及相关手术知识制作为多个连贯的微课,并将病人的相关检查检验资料和临床病历等集成展现。手术示教微课平台既方便学习者随时、随地、集中精力地对手术技能反复学习和揣摩,又方便学习者学习手术相关疾病的诊断技能,将有利于手术教育水平的提升和高水平手术教育资源的共享。
The teaching demonstration of clinic operation based on multi-media is a new way for the teaching of clinic operation, and it has many advantages over the traditional teaching in the operation room. But it requires the learners of lots of time and long-time concentration. Micro-lecture is loaded with videos and is characterized with short-time learning, clear focus, less spaced resources and free time study. Therefore, based on the theory of Micro-lecture study, the paper proposes the construction of Micro-lecture information platform for the teaching of clinic operation, which combine teaching videos of operation with teaching contents of operation, patients' examination reports and clinic records. This Micro-lecture information platform benefits the learners who could have a repetitive study of the skills of clinic operation without the restriction of time and place, and at the same time improve the ability of learners to diagnose the diseases. Thus it could promote the education situation about clinic operation and advance the sharing of high-level educational resources of clinic operation.
