摘要
探讨微视频教学在外科总论实践课程教学中的应用效果。选取120名临床医学三年级学生,按班级随机分为实验组(微视频教学组)和对照组(传统教学组),按课程进度不同时间点和不同章节比较两组学生的教学效果和考核成绩。结果表明,在器械打结、无菌术、CPR章节,实验组学生课堂完成情况显著优于对照组,兔阑尾切除章节课程中两组学生课堂完成情况无明显差异;实验组学生期末考试成绩显著优于对照组;两组学生大部分认可微视频对课程学习有帮助。微视频教学提高了学生的学习质量,调动和培养了学生自主学习的兴趣和热情,提高了线下课程的效率。
This paper discusses the application effect of micro video teaching in surgery general practice course.120 clinical medical students were randomly divided into experimental group(micro video teaching group)and control group(traditional teaching group)according to their classes.The teaching effect and assessment results of the two groups were compared according to different time points and chapters of the course progress.The results showed that in the chapter of instrument knotting,aseptic operation and CPR,the experimental group students’classroom completion was significantly better than the control group,and there was no significant difference in the class completion of the two groups in the chapter of rabbit appendectomy;the final examination scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group;most of the students in the two groups agreed that the micro video was helpful to the course learning.Micro video teaching improves students’learning quality,arouses and cultivates students’interest and enthusiasm of autonomous learning,and improves the efficiency of offline courses.
