摘要
在分析我国非常规天然气能源的发展现状与趋势的基础上,讨论了非常规油气能源的发展对传统化石能源,尤其是煤炭产业的影响,得出了我国具有巨大的非常规能源储量与开采潜力,尽管地质条件与开采条件复杂,仍然取得了较大的地质勘探及开发进展,对煤炭产能需求、煤炭产业政策、煤炭市场等产生冲击,从而进一步压缩煤炭产能、促使煤炭产业转型升级、加重煤炭清洁化压力。最后提出通过技术进步、结构调整来提高产业竞争力,通过积极的转型升级拓宽传统煤炭企业进一步发展的建议。
Based on the analysis on development status and tendency of China unconventional natural gas energy,the paper discussed the development of the unconventional oil and gas energy affected to the conventional fossil energy,especially to the coal industry. The paper held that China would have the great unconventional energy reserves and mining potential. Although the geological condition and mining condition were complicated,a high progress of the geological exploration and mining was obtained and would have great impacts to the coal production demands,coal industrial policy and coal market. Thus the coal production would be further compressed,the coal industry had to have the transformation upgrading and the coal clean pressure would be enhanced. Finally,the proposals were made that the technical advance and structure adjustment would be applied to improve the industrial competitive ability and the active transformation upgrading and development was applied to make a further development of the coal enterprises.
