摘要
目的：观察穴位按压促进妇科腹腔镜全子宫切除术后患者胃肠功能恢复的疗效。方法选择2012年2月~2013年10月本院146例妇科腹腔镜全子宫切除术后患者，按随机抽样的原则将其分为观察组和对照组各73例，对照组术后仅采用常规护理，观察组术后在常规护理的基础上增加穴位按压，对比两组患者胃肠蠕动及肛门排气时间、治疗效果及预后满意度。结果观察组首次肠蠕动及肛门排气时间较对照组明显提前，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；观察组治愈率为98.7%，治疗总有效率为100.0%，对照组治愈率为91.8%，治疗总有效率为93.1%，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组术后患者满意率为93.2%，预后满意度为98.7%，对照组满意率为61.6%，预后满意度为75.3%，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用穴位按压能够更好地促进妇科腹腔镜全子宫切除术后患者胃肠功能的恢复，临床治疗效果好，患者预后的满意度高，值得临床应用推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect on acupressure facilitating the recovery of the patient’s gastrointestinal function after gynecologic laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods 146 patients after gynecological laparoscopic total hysterectomypatients from February 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital were divided into observation group （n=73） and control group （n=73） based on the principle of random sampling.The control group was only used usual care, and the observation group was used acupressure with usual care. The anus exhaust time,the effect of treatment and satisfaction were compared. Results The time of the first peristalsis and anal aerofluxus advanced obviously in the observation group compared with control group,the differences were significant （P〈0.01）.The cured rate was 98.7% and the total effective rate was 100.0% in the observation group and the control group was 91.8% and 93.1%,respectively, there were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）.The postoperative patient satisfaction was 93.2%,and the prognosis of satisfaction was 98.7%,which was 61.6% and 75.3% in control group,there were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupressure can promote the recovery of the gastrointestinal function after gynecologic laparoscopic total hysterectomy,the clinical treatment effect is good with high satisfaction of prognosis and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
