摘要
目的:提高尿石通丸的质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为Agilent TC C18,流动相为甲醇-水(37:63),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长272 nm,同时测定君药广金钱草中夏佛塔苷和枳实中橙皮苷的含量。结果夏佛塔苷在0.1637~1.800μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994,平均加样回收率98.9%, RSD 1.0%;橙皮苷在0.1526~1.679μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9991,平均加样回收率98.0%,RSD 0.8%。结论本实验建立的方法具有专属、简便、准确、可重复的特点,增强了尿石通丸的质量可控性,提高了尿石通丸的质量标准。
Objective To improve the quality standard of Niaoshitong Pills.Methods An Agilent TC C18 column was used, with mobile phase of methanol- water (37:63). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 272 nm. Schaftoside inDesmodii styracifolii herba and hesperidin inAurantii fructus immaturus were simultaneously determined.Results The linear range of schaftoside was 0.1637-1.800μg,r=0.9994, the average recovery was 98.9 %, withRSD of 1.0 %. The linear range of hesperidin was 0.1526-1.679μg, r=0.9991, the average recovery was 98.0 %, withRSD of 0.8 %.ConclusionThe method is specific, simple, accurate and repeatable. The quality controllability of Niaoshitong Pills is enhanced and the quality standard is improved.
