摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法测定十味活血丸中橙皮苷的含量。方法:选用Diamonsil TM-C18分析柱(150 mm×4．6 mm, 5μm),以甲醇-水(36:64)为流动相,检测波长284 nm,流速为1．0 ml·min-1。结果:橙皮苷在0．41～2．86μg范围内,峰面积与进样量呈线性关系(r=0．999 7),橙皮苷中平均回收率为102．91％(RSD=1．84％)。结论:本法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可作为十味活血丸质量控制的方法。
Objective： To determine the contents of hesperidin in Shiweihuoxue pills by HPLC. Method： The Diamonsil TM-C18 column（ 150 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm） was used, the methyl alcohol-water（ 36： 64） mixture as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 284 nm the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Result： the linear range of hesperidin was 0.41 - 2.86 μg（ r = 0.999 7 ）. The average recovery was 102.9% （RSD = 1.8% ）. Conclusion： This method is simple, reliable, and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Shiweihuoxue pills.
