摘要
燕麦预混粉,含有40%~85%燕麦粉、3%~25%谷朊粉、1%~3%沙蒿籽粉、1%~3%食盐。制成的多用途燕麦预混粉,燕麦粉含量高、用途广,加工的燕麦预混粉不经膨化,不破坏燕麦的营养成分,所使用的添加成分都是食品,经科学的调配后燕麦粉含量可达到80%以上。本产品既可以在家庭进行手工制作馒头、面条、饺子等面食,还可以做蛋糕、挂面、面包进行工厂化规模生产,且营养、风味和口感比小麦粉的更佳。充分利用我国丰富的燕麦资源,发展健康主食的生产模式,针对特定人群制定特殊膳食,实现我国主食由单一温饱型向功能多样性转变。
