摘要
通过浏览官方网站及问卷调查,调研国内外医院互联网服务建设的现状和患者对互联网医疗服务的认知情况,以中山大学附属肿瘤医院为例,提出建立互联网服务运营中心的设想,同时建设以手机App加门户网站形式的网上患者服务平台,从而提升医院网络服务水平。
Through browsing the official websites and questionnaire investigation, the paper investigates the web service construction status of hospitals as well as patients'congnition status both in China and abroad. Taking Cancer Hospital Affiliated to SUN Yat - sen University as an example, it puts forward the idea of constructing Intemet service operation center, constructs online patient service platform using mobile app and portal website, so as to improve hospital network service level.
