摘要
县域医疗共同体建设是为了全面落实中央实施的重要部署,以县级医院为龙头,以医共体为抓手,结合互联网信息技术,构建形成分级诊疗的全新健康服务体系。根据互联网医院的执业规则,作者单位进行了互联网医院的建设,并从远程会诊、慢病复诊模式、互联网医院审方、家庭医生签约、智慧家庭等多个方面对互联网医院的运营进行了深入研究,以期探索一种互联网医院助力县域医共体建设的合理模式。
Construction of county medical community is an important deployment of comprehensive implementation of Healthy China strategy of central government.Internet hospital construction of county medical community takes county-level hospitals as the leader,medical community as starting point,and builds new hierarchical diagnosis and treatment health service system with Internet information technology.According to practice rules of the Internet hospital,our hospital has carried out the construction of the Internet hospital,and conducted in-depth research on the operation of the Internet hospital,such as remote consultation,chronic disease follow-up diagnosis,Internet hospital review,family doctor signing,and smart home,in order to explore reasonable model for Internet hospitals of county medical community.
