摘要
目的探讨自创瑜伽呼吸操对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺康复及抑郁情绪的影响。方法将98例COPD出院患者随机分为瑜伽组和对照组各49例。两组患者均按2013年GOLD指南进行常规药物治疗,并接受呼吸内科常规健康教育,瑜伽组在此基础上于出院后第7天开始采用自创瑜伽呼吸操进行训练,并接受瑜伽呼吸操的健康教育。两组患者随访均持续1年,并于出院后第7天、3个月、6个月、12个月评估抑郁(SDS)、肺功能(FEV1)及6分钟步行试验(6MWD)。结果两组干预后3个月、6个月、12个月SDS、6MWD比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),干预后6个月、12个月FEV1比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);瑜伽组3项指标各阶段之间比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论自创瑜伽呼吸操简便易学,能改善患者的抑郁症状,提高COPD患者肺功能,增强患者活动的耐受力。
Objective To explore the effect of self invented yoga breathing exercises on pulmonary rehabilitation and depresston m COPD patients. Methods A total of 98 COPD patients was randomly divided into a yoga group of 46 cases and a control group of 46 cases. All patients were given medication therapy according to GOLD guideline issued in 2013 and health education. Meanwhile, the yoga group was additionally given yoga breathing exercises training beginning on the 7th day after discharge, including its related knowledged. The enrolled patients were followed-up for one year. They were evaluated using Zung's Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) ,6 Minutes Walk Distance (6MWD)and forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1)on the seventh day, 3, 6 and 12 months after discharge. Results Significant differences were observed in the average SDS and 6MWD between the two groups 3, 6 and 12 months after the intervention. At 6th and 12th month, there were significant differences in the average FEV1 between be- tween the two groups (P〈0.01 for all). Moreover, in the yoga group significant improvememt in all the indexes were observed at different time points (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion The self invented yoga breathing exercise is easy to learn. It can enhance COPD patients' activity tolerance, relieve their depression and improve their lung function.
