摘要
上海思博职业技术学院物流管理专业开展校企协同育人,校企共建专业订单班,优化人才培养模式、专业课程体系,加强校内校外实训基地建设。办好高职专业的核心在于校企协同,重点在于聚焦产业发展动态,明晰校企协同育人的专业建设理念,着力精细管理,力求校企双方战略目标、学校教师与企业专家、教学与实践等方面协同发展,最终双方的收益超过成本,才能实现专业的可持续发展。
The logistics management specialty of Shanghai Sipo Polytechnic College implements through school-enterprise cooperative education by co-constructing majors with preorders, optimizing talent nurturing models, specialty courses system, construction of practical training facilities both in and out of campus, and finally competence of faculty, and strengthening the practical training bases both on and off campus. For running higher vocational schools well, the core is coordination from school and corporation, and the key hes in focusing on dynamics of industrial development, clarifying mindset for specialty construction to nurture talents with coordinated efforts between school and corporation, and sparing no efforts toward the precision management and the synergistic development both strategic goals of school and corporations, school teachers and corporate specialists, and education and practice, to finally realize the benefits of both outweigh their costs so as to booster sustainable development of specialty.
