服务化思想对西方高等教育发展推动作用研究

摘要 服务"人性化"思想为西方高等教育"人性化"在内在本质上的飞跃提供了动力源泉,促使"人性化"理念由思想层向实践层渗透。对服务化理念进行有效创新,可以促使西方开放式高等教育为"人性化"理念的融合提供有力的内在条件,引导开放式教育发展进程不断加快,并能为民主和谐教育理念的产生提供坚实的思想条件,促使西方民主化高等教育思维有效升级,逐步达到服务化发展目标,而这也与中国高等教育科学发展观念保持吻合。研究表明,服务化思想有利于提高西方高等教育体系构建的合理性及科学性。 Service thought of “humanization” provides powerful source for the leap of “humanization” of western higher education in essence, and promotes the thought of “humanization” to permeate from thought to practice. The effective innovation of service thought may promote western open higher education to provide powerful internal conditions for the fusion of the thought of “humaniza- tion”, lead the development process of open education to continuously accelerate, provide solid ideological condition for the formation of democratic and harmonious educational thought, prompt the effective improvement of higher educational thought of western democra- tization, and gradually achieve the goal of service development, all of which correspond to scientific development thought of higher edu- cation in our country. The research has shown that service thought is helpful to improve the rationality and scientificalness of the con- struction of western higher educational system.
