摘要
本文回顾了2006-2013年土地整治项目投资情况,梳理了全国及上海土地整治投资现状,结合目前已有的土地整治融资模式,重点对PPP模式进行了分析,并对PPP模式在上海市土地整治项目中的应用以案例形式进行了研究,以期为上海市及我国土地整治资金的有效筹措提供依据.
This paper reviews investment in land reclamation projects between 2006 and 2013, and examines the current situation with respect to land reclamation both in Shanghai and nationaly. The main focus is the public–private partnerships (PPP) model, which is compared with existing approaches to land reclamation financing. Practical examples of land reclamation projects in Shanghai are analyzed to provide a basis for the effective ifnancing of land reclamation in this city and nationwide.
