摘要
国土空间生态修复是加强生态文明建议和高质量发展的重要抓手。基于"山水林田湖草"生命共同体理念,本文以广东省已开展的20个生态修复案例为素材,采用实地调研、案例研究和归纳总结等方法,进行了国土空间生态修复的类型划分和实践经验总结。结果表明:国土空间生态修复可分为三种类型:保护型、干预型和重塑型,不同类型生态修复案例的生态修复对象、理念、目标及路径不同。案例中"再野化"理念、生态材料的选用、资源的优化配置、生态修复技术的合理运用等可为国土空间生态修复实践提供参考。同时,生态修复过度依赖政府财政资金扶持、生态修复职能分散等现实问题仍有待解决。
Land spatial ecological restoration is important to realize ecological civilization and high-quality development.Based upon the concept of"community of shared life composed of mountains-riversforests-farmlands-lakes-grasslands",this study selected 20 land spatial ecological restoration cases that had been carried out in Guangdong Province as sites.Field investigation,case studies,and summary methods were used to classify the land space ecological restoration types to summarize the practical experience.Results showed that land spatial ecological restoration was divided into three types:protection,intervention and remodeling,while different cases had varied objects,concepts,goals and paths of ecological restoration.The concept of"Rewilding"in the cases,the selection of ecological sites,the optimal allocation of resources,and the rational use of ecological restoration technology could provide practical references for the land spatial ecological restoration.The actual problems such as excessive dependence on government financial support funds and dispersed ecological restoration functions remained to be resolved.
