摘要
目的:研究消癌解毒方对肺癌A549细胞裸鼠移植瘤的抑制作用并初步探讨其可能作用机制。方法:采用皮下接种肺癌A549细胞造成裸鼠移植瘤模型,待成瘤后将裸鼠随机分组并给予不同剂量的消癌解毒方,4周后肿瘤组织称重并测定裸鼠血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量。结果:给药组裸鼠肿瘤体积与模型对照组相比均增长较慢,4周后三组给药组裸鼠肿瘤重量均显著小于模型对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清VEGF含量均显著低于模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论:消癌解毒方对肺癌裸鼠移植瘤模型肿瘤组织的生长有明显的抑制作用,通过降低血清VEGF含量可能是其作用机制。
Objective： To study the inhibitory effect of Xiao＇ai Jiedu Recipe on the lung cancer A549cell induced xenografl nude mice model and its possible involved mechanism. Methods： The xenograft nude mice model was induced by inoculating sub- cutaneously lung cancer A549cell. Mice were randomly divided when xenograft tumors were established, and drugs were daily administered with different doses. Four weeks＇ experiment later, tumors were isolated and weighed, serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） were measured by ELISA. Results ： Tumor volume of mice in drugs teams grew slower than the controledteam. Four weeks later, tumor weight and serum level of VEGF of mice in drugs teams were significant low than the controlled team （P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Xiao＇ai Jiedu Recipe can significantly inhibit the growth of lung cancer in xenograft nude mice model, reduction of serum level of VEGF is its possible involved mechanism.
