摘要
山楂为药食两用中药,具有助消化、抗癌、抑菌和防治心血管疾病的作用。研究建立RP-HPLC对南北山楂干果中5个三萜酸成分:山楂酸、科罗索酸、桦木酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量进行测定,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:0.1%磷酸溶液(86:14),流速0.8 m L/min,检测波长210 nm,柱温25℃。在选定的色谱条件下,5个三萜酸实现基线分离,峰面积与进样量线性关系良好(R〉0.9994),平均加标回收率在96.52%~102.41%之间,RSD(n=6)介于1.31%~2.23%之间。方法精密度、重复性良好,可用于山楂中5个三萜酸含量的同时测定。
As an edible Chinese herb, the hawthorn possessed many biological functions such as adding ingredients, resisting cancer, bacteriostatic action, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Five triterpenic acids namely maslinic acid, corosolic acid, betulinic acid, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were determined by RP-HPLC in Crataegi cuneatae and Crataegus pinnatifida. The separation was achieved on a Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(86:14) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength, column temperature and flow rate were set at 210 nm, 25 ℃ and 0.8 m L/min respectively. Under the detection conditions, fi ve triterpenic acids could be successfully separated with good linear relationships and the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.9994. The average recoveries of the fi ve compounds were 96.52%~102.4% with RSD(n=6) was from 1.31% to 2.23%. The method has good precision and repeatability. It can be used for simultaneous analysis of the fi ve triterpenic acids in hawthorn.
