摘要
目的为了解以山楂核提取物为主要杀菌成分的皮肤消毒剂的杀菌效果及其他相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果含体积分数50%的该消毒剂作用1 m in,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00;含体积分数70%的该消毒剂作用1 m in,对铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值>5.00,对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>4.00。影响因素试验证明,该皮肤消毒剂杀菌作用随着药液浓度的增加和温度的升高而增强;随pH值升高而减弱;有机物对其杀菌作用有一定影响。现场消毒试验结果证明,用该消毒液原液擦拭作用1 m in,对皮肤表面和手上自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00。结论该皮肤消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌杀灭效果较好,其杀菌效果受诸多因素影响。
Objective In order to know the germicidal efficacy and other related properties of the skin disinfectant with extract of hawthorn fruit pit as the main germicidal ingredient. Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Staphyloccus aureus exposed to 50% (v/v) solution of this disinfectant for 1 rain and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to 70% (v/v) solution of this disinfectant for 1 min were 〉 5.00. The killing logarithm value of Candida albicans exposed to 70% (v/v) solution of this disinfectant for 1 rain was 〉 4. 00. The influencing factor test demonstrated that the germicidal efficacy of this skin disinfectant increased with increasing drug concentration and temperature and decreased with increasing pH value. Organic substance had certain influence on its germicidal efficacy. Field trial results demonstrated that wiping with the stock solution of this disinfectant for 1 rain killed the natural bacteria on skin surface and hands by a logarithm 〉 1. 00. Conclusion This skin disinfectant has relatively good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi. Its germicidal efficacy is influenced by many factors.
