摘要
铁路货运物流化是铁路改革的趋势,研究网运分开后铁路物流发展策略有利于充分利用铁路资源,提高铁路服务效率,调整铁路行业资本结构,加速铁路行业改革。文章通过分析网运分开下的铁路物流化的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,以哈尔滨东站为例,分析了其货运基本现状,从货源组织、多式联运、物流服务市场化、丰富资本结构以及信息数据管理等方面,提出了网运分开下铁路货运物流化发展策略。
The logisticization of railway freight transportation is the trend of railway transportation reform,the development strategy of railway logistics based on separation between network and transportation is conducive to making full use of railway resources,improving the efficiency of railway services,adjusting the capital structure of the railway industry,and accelerating the reform of the railway industry.This paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats of railway logistics under the separation of rail track and transport。Taking Harbin East Railway Station as an example,it analyzes the basic status of its freight transportation and puts forward the development strategy of railway freight logistics under separating infrastructure management from transport operation in the aspects of source organization,multimodal transportation,marketization of logistics services,capital structure and information data management.
