摘要
介绍赵玉庸治疗蛋白尿经验,认为蛋白质属中医学"清气""精气""精微"范畴,尿蛋白的发生以肾失封藏、脾失健运为根本,在此基础上伴有风邪、水湿、湿热、热毒、气滞和血瘀,治疗上应以补脾益肾、通络化痰为本,并结合祛风、清热利湿等治法。用药方面中医辨证需与现代中药药理相结合。
This article introduces ZHAO Yuyong＇s experiences in treating albuminuria. In doctor ZHAO＇s opinion, protein belongs to ＂clearing Qi＂, ＂essential Qi＂ and ＂nutrient substance＂ in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. The root pathogenesis of albuminuria is kidney failing to store and spleen failing to transport. On this basis,accompany with wind evil, water-dampness, dampness-heat, heat toxin, Qi stagnation the therapeutic methods would mainly phlegm, and combined with expelling TCM differentiation include reinforcing spleen and kidney, wind evil, clearing heat and promoting di and blood stasis. Therefore, dredging collaterals and eliminating uresis and so on. In medications, and modem Chinese medicine pharmacology need been considered simultaneously.
