摘要
在国家的公路建设大规模前进发展的背景下,施工安全面临更加严峻的形势。为了保证公路施工安全,需要确定和辨识施工过程中的各种危险源头,并对其可能产生的对工程安全的影响进行评估,进而制定有效地安全控制措施,保证施工的质量与安全。利用层次分析法建立公路施工安全评价指标体系;通过LEC给出初始数据,结合数据包络分析评价方法,移动最大风险曲面,对各决策单元风险等级进行排序。以承德至秦皇岛高速公路秦皇岛段石门寨连接线的公路路基施工工序为例进行了方法验证。通过实证,该方法方便实用,有很好的实用价值。
Under the background of the country's large-scale forward development in highway construction,the safety of the construction face more severe situation. In order to ensure the safety of road construction,it is necessary to determine and identify all kinds of dangerous source in the process of construction,and it is possible to evaluate the influence of engineering safety,and then formulate the effective safety control measures to ensure the quality and safety of the construction. By using the analytic hierarchy process to establish safety evaluation index system of the highway construction; Through LEC's the initial data and combined with the data envelopment analysis evaluation method,by moving the biggest risk to the surface,sort each decision-making unit risk level. Take Cheng De to Qin Huang-dao,Qin Huang-dao highway section of Shi Men village for example,make the methods validation to verify the highway subgrade construction process. Through the empirical,the method is convenient and practical,has good practical value.
