摘要
桥梁施工坚持"安全第一,预防为主"的基本原则.为了保障桥梁施工的安全,尽量避免人员伤亡和财产损失,将桥梁施工划分为若干个工序,对每个工序进行风险评价.利用层次分析法建立桥梁桩基础施工安全评价指标体系;结合数据包络分析评价方法,通过移动最大风险曲面,对各决策单元风险等级进行排序.以承秦高速石门寨连接线东洋河大桥桩基础施工工序为例进行了方法验证.通过实证,该方法方便实用,有很好的实用价值.
"Safety and prevention first" has been the basic principle for bridge construction. In order to ensure the safety of the bridge construction and avoid casualties and property losses, bridge construction is divided into several steps which receive risk assessment respectively. In this paper, we use AHP to establish index system that evaluates the safety of bridge pile foundation construction. Via Data Envelopment Analysis and moving the greatest risk surfaces, we can sort the risk level to each decision unit. We take the Dong Yanghe bridge pile foundation construction which connects Cheng Qin highspeed and Shimen Village as an example of method validation. The result shows that this method has a good practical value.
