摘要
陶瓷涂层自身脆性大,并且与炭/炭(C/C)复合材料基体的热膨胀系数不匹配,使用时容易产生微裂纹。利用第二相进行增韧是预防高温防氧化涂层失效的常用手段。本文阐述了C/C复合材料陶瓷涂层的增韧机制,综述了近年来国内外对C/C复合材料高温防氧化增韧陶瓷涂层的研究现状,并对增韧陶瓷涂层目前存在的问题和以后的研究方向进行了展望。
Ceramic coatings arc susceptible to microcracks due to the inherent brittleness of the coatings and the mismatch of the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) between carbon/carbon(C/C)matrix and coating. It is a common method to introduce a second phase to toughen the high-temperature oxidation resistant ceramic coatings. The toughening mechanisms were introduced. The new advances of the second phase toughening oxidation resistant ceramic coatings were reviewed. The present problems and the main re- search direction of the second phase toughening ceramic coatings for C/C composites were also proposed.
