砂率对陶粒轻集料结构混凝土性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 通过对不同砂率下陶粒轻集料结构混凝土和易性、抗压强度、弹性模量、早期收缩以及长期干燥收缩的试验研究,结果表明:随砂率增大,混凝土坍落度和扩展度有所下降,但坍落度经时损失增大;混凝土表观密度、抗压强度、弹性模量、早期收缩和长期收缩均随砂率提高而增大;预湿内养护作用使轻集料混凝土的收缩大大下降,因此,相比普通混凝土其早期养护的重要性下降;预湿时间的不同对轻集料混凝土的早期收缩值有明显的影响,预湿时间越长收缩值相对越小。 The workability,compressive strength,modulus of elasticity,early-age shrinkage and longtime drying shrinkage of haydite lightweight aggregate concrete with different sand rate were studied.The results indicate that the slump and expansion degree of concrete decline with the increase of sand rate,while the loss of slump extends.With the improvement of sand rate,the apparent density,compressive strength,modulus of elasticity,early-age shrinkage and long-time drying shrinkage also increase.Shrinkage of lightweight aggregate concrete declines significantly because of the function of internal curing.Therefore,the importance of early-age curing of lightweight concrete declines compared with common concrete. The prewetting time of haydite has obvious implications on early-age shrinkage value of concrete,and the shrinkage value is relatively smaller with longer prewetting time.
