摘要
通过配合比设计将矿渣粉掺入3种不同再生粗集料取代率的混凝土中并进行了力学性能试验,研究了矿渣粉对不同取代率再生混凝土的立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度及轴心抗压强度的影响,得出以下结论:未掺或掺入矿渣粉的再生混凝土的立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度及轴心抗压强度均随着龄期的增大逐渐增大,而随着再生粗集料掺量增大则逐渐减小;矿渣粉前期的反应程度较低,但后期矿渣粉与胶凝材料水化产生的氢氧化钙发生二次水化反应生成硅酸钙,可有效增强再生混凝土的后期立方体抗压强度;掺入矿渣粉的再生混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度及轴心抗压强度均较未掺组有所提高,故矿渣粉有利于改善再生混凝土的各项力学性能。
Through the mixture ratio design,slag powder was adding to regenerated concrete with three kinds of coarse aggregates replacement ratio,this paper studied effects of slag powder on the cubic compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength and axial compressive strength of regenerated concrete with different replacement ratio,then reached the following conclusions:The cubic compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength and axial compressive strength of regenerated concrete with or without slag powder all gradually increased with age,but decreased with increasing addition of regenerated coarse aggregates.In the early stage,the reaction degree of slag powder was low,but in the later stage,the secondary hydration reaction of slag powder and calcium hydroxide produced by hydration of cementitious material produced calcium silicate,which can effectively enhance the cubic compressive strength of regenerated concrete.The splitting tensile strength,flexural strength and axial compressive strength of regenerated concrete with slag powder improved compared with the group without slag powder,therefore,slag powder is beneficial to improve the mechanical properties of regenerated concrete.
