摘要
目的探讨瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取90例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合治疗和预混胰岛素治疗。结果治疗后观察组FBG、2h PBG、Hb A1C值均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组BMI、Scr、BUN水平无显著差异(P>0.05);且观察组胰岛素用量、血糖达标时间和不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病疗效确切,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups and the control group were treated with repaglinide in combination therapy with insulin glargine and premixed insulin thera- py. Results After the treatment were observed in group FBG, 2hPBG, HbA1C values were lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）, no significant difference between the two groups BMI, Scr, BUN levels （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; and the observation group insulin dosage, time of blood glucose target and adverse reaction rate was lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Insulin glargine combined with repaglinide andcurative effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is accurate, safe and reliable.
