摘要
目的探讨贝复舒（b FGF滴眼液）联合更昔洛韦对单纯疱疹病毒感染合并眼部带状疱疹患者的疗效分析。方法单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎合并带状疱疹的患者113例分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组57例（60眼）用更昔洛韦静脉静滴并用贝复舒点眼;对照组56例（58眼）使用无环鸟苷注射静脉滴注联合局部点眼,随访1~2年,平均为15个月。结果治疗组痊愈率,有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗时间,复发率,疼痛消失,眼部损害消失时间,皮疹,虹睫炎消失时间相比,治疗组短于对照组。结论使用贝复舒联合更昔洛韦可以提高单疱病毒性角膜炎及带状疱疹的治愈率,缩短疗程,利于组织修复,疗效明显。
Objective Study the treatment effect of bFGF combined with GCV on patients with HSK and HZO. Methods bFGF with GCV patient in 113 cases divided into control group and study group. Study group 57 cases with 60 eyes, by using bFGF and GCV;control group with 56 cases 58 eyes suffering, by using Acyclovir injection intrave- nous drip combined local point eye, Follow - up of 1 ~ 2 years, an average of 15 months. Results The treatment group cure rate, effective higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05） ; Time to treatment, the recurrence rate, pain dis- appeared, eye damage disappear time, skin rash, rainbow cilia inflammation disappear time, the treatment group than in control group short. Conclusions By using bFGF combined with GCV in treating patients with HSK and HZO has high rate of cure, shorten treatment,fasten the repair.
