摘要
为了解建筑企业员工"过劳"现状及影响后果,随机选取A公司225名员工进行问卷调查,利用本次调研数据,进行变量间的简单交叉分析。研究发现,在相同工作时间下,劳务派遣制员工对工作的满意程度高于正式员工;随着工作时间的延长,企业员工对薪酬福利结构的满意度呈现出降低趋势。为缓解建筑业"过劳"现象,在总结学者已有研究的基础上,尝试提出缓解建筑业"过劳"现象的若干对策。
For the employees "knowledge construction enterprises overwork" status and influence, randomly selected 225 employees of A company conducted a questionnaire survey, using the survey data, cross analysis between the variables. The study found that, at the same time, the labor dispatch system of employee satisfaction degree is higher than the official staff; with the extension of working hours, the employee satisfaction of salary structure shows a decreasing trend. To ease the construction of "karoshi" phenomenon, based on the previous research, tries to put forward some countermeasures to alleviate fatigue phenomenon "construction".
