摘要
目的:观察加味左金丸合金铃子散治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将70例Hp感染消化性溃疡患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例,2组均采用三联抗Hp方案,治疗组在上述治疗方案基础上加服加味左金丸合金铃子散2周。结果:停药4周后观察比较,治疗组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);1年后随访,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味左金丸合金铃子散治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效显著,治愈率高,复发率低。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of JiaWei Zuojin Wan combine with Jinlingzi powder for treatment of 70 peptic ulcer cases. Methods：70 cases of Hp infection peptic ulcer were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly, 35 cases in each group.Triple anti Hp scheme（PPI （standard doses） 0.5＋ ＋ Clarithromycin0.5＋ Amoxicil- lin 1.0） was applied in both groups twice a day. PPI should be taken before the breakfast and dinner meanwhile the antibi- otic was taken after the meal. The antibiotic was advised to stop taking 10 days later meanwhile continue taking PPI for 8 weeks. JiaWei Zuojin Wan combine with Jinlingzi powder was applied as the addition in the treatment group for 2 weeks. Results： 4 weeks after stopping the medication we found that the cure rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Evaluating the relapse after one year follow-up we found that the treatment group was was distinctively lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The curative effect of JiaWei Zuojin Wan combine with Jin- lingzi powder for treatment of peptic ulcer is significant with high success and low recurrent rate.
