摘要
针对目前月饼加工关键工序月饼压印成型存在效率低和易黏模等问题,提出一种自动成型机,通过饼坯表面均匀干粉布撒以及饼坯雏形调整使月饼成型效果好、整洁卫生且不黏模,可以很好的与其他月饼加工工序生产装备配套使用实现月饼全程机械化加工,大大提高劳动生产率并降低劳动成本,促进我国传统特色食品产业经济的发展以及农产品精深加工机械化进程。
Mooncake stamping forming as key process during mooncake making has some problems at present, which were inefficient and stick to alould easily. So a kind of automatic forming machine was proposed in this paper. This machine couht spread powder to surface of dough evenly and adjust dough to cylindrical. Mooncakes made by this machine look better and more hygienic. Further more, mooncakes were non-stick to moulds. Machine could use with other mooncake production machines to realize entire mechanized processing for mooncake. Thus productivity was improved and labor cost was reduced greatly. Development of traditional food industry and mechanized processing of agricuhural products were promoted.
