MRI检查对直肠癌术前T分期和环周切缘判断的价值 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨MRI检查对直肠癌术前T分期和环周切缘判断的应用价值。方法 100例直肠癌患者采用MRI检查进行手术前的分期,并与患者手术后的组织病理学检查结果进行对比分析。结果手术后经过组织病理学分期为T1期5例,T2期20例,T3期70例,T4期5例;MRI检查分期为T1期4例,T2期20例,T3期70例,T4期6例。与组织病理学检查对照,MRI检查对T分期的诊断准确度为87.0%(87/100),MRI检查判断环周切缘有无肿瘤浸润的准确率为93.0%(93/100)。结论 MRI检查对直肠癌术前T分期和环周切缘判断的准确率较高,采用此方法可以对患者制定相应的治疗方案。
