摘要 目的研究EW75,AZ31,AZ91镁合金在盐水中腐蚀产物的形貌和应用。方法分析镁合金在盐水中浸泡不同时间后的腐蚀产物的形貌,并与传统化学合成的纳米氢氧化镁进行比较。结果 3种镁合金在35℃、5%(质量分数)氯化钠溶液中经过大约60 h腐蚀浸泡,可以得到网状、多角星状或松针状的微纳型腐蚀产物。结论通过控制腐蚀条件,在镁合金表面实现微纳型氢氧化镁的可控制备,该方法制备简单,应用便捷,绿色环保。 Objective To investigate the morphology and application of corrosion products of EW75/AZ31/AZ91 magnesium al-loys in NaCl solution. Methods The morphologies of the corrosion products of different magnesium alloys immersed in NaCl solution for different time were analyzed, and compared with those of the traditionally chemically synthesized nanometer Mg( OH) 2 . Results The experimental results showed that micro-and nano-structured corrosion products with shapes of mesh, polygon star or pine nee-dles were obtained for the three magnesium alloys after 60 h of corrosion in 35 ℃, 5% NaCl solution. Conclusion By controlling the corrosion conditions, controllable preparation of nanometer magnesium hydroxide on the surface of magnesium alloys could be realized. And compared with traditional methods, this method was simpler, more convenient and more environmentally friendly.
