摘要
对1例痛风并高血压患者在社区医院的"家庭病床"治疗过程进行药学监护,探讨社区药师在"家庭病床"服务中所起到的作用。在社区医院的"家庭病床"服务中,药师可优化药物治疗方案,促进临床合理用药,"家庭病床"服务是未来社区药师的工作重点之一。
To investigate the role of the community pharmacists in the pharmaceutical care to a patient with gout and hypertension, who received a sickbed treatment in the community hospital. In the service of household sickbed treatment in the community hospital, pharmacist can optimize the treatment regimen and promote rational drug use. The sickbed service at home will be one of the key emphases in work for community pharmacists in the future.
