摘要
高校合并给档案管理工作带来了一些新的问题。笔者从合并高校档案管理工作的现实状况出发,提出做好高校合并后档案管理工作应采取的措施:加大宣传力度,强化档案意识;建立统一的档案管理制度、模式,整合档案资源;做好高校合并过程中的档案收集工作;统一信息化标准,加快信息化进程;建设一支高素质的复合型档案管理人才队伍,从而促进合并高校档案管理工作的有序发展。
New problems arise in archives management due to the merging of colleges. Based on the current situation of archives management after the mergence, this article puts forward the corresponding measures to promote the sequential development of archives management, such as intensifying propaganda to strengthen awareness of archives, establishing a unified archives management system and mode to integrate archival resources, doing the job of archives collection well in the college merging process, unifying informationization standards to speed up the process of informationization and constructing a team composed of high-quality compound archives management personnel.
