摘要
对原安徽工学院与原合肥工业大学合并前后在档案的整理、移交及管理等工作中,如何保证档案材料的完整性、系统性和统一性等问题进行了分析,并对两校合并后如何做好档案的管理和利用工作提出了建议。
This paper summarizes the chief points on the archives regulation, transference and management during the combination of Anhui Institute of Technology with Hefei University of Technology. Measures are analyzed to guarantee the completeness, systemization and identity of the archives, and some proposals are put forward for the management and utilization of the united archives.
