摘要
                
                    以金果榄(Tinospora capillipes Gagnep.)幼嫩茎段为外植体,添加不同浓度的6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、吲哚-3-丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、激动素(KT)、赤霉素(GA),研究不同培养基对金果榄试管苗诱导、增殖和生根的影响。结果表明,金果榄启动培养的最佳培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L KT+0.1 mg/L 2,4-D,腋芽诱导率达95.1%;增殖的最佳培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L GA+0.2 mg/L NAA,增殖系数达到16.1;生根的最佳培养基为1/2MS+0.2 mg/L IBA+0.4 mg/L NAA,30 d时生根率为85.4%,10 d后炼苗移栽到塘泥和河沙(3∶1,体积比)的混合基质中,30 d后移栽成活率可达87.3%以上。
                
                The young stems of Tinospora capillipes Gagnep. were used as explants, different conerntrations of 6-BA,IBA, NAA, KT and GA were added into MS medium to study the effects of different medium on induction, proliferation and rooting of Tinospora capillipes Gagnep. The results showed that the optimal medium for induction was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L KT+0.1 mg/L 2,4-D, with budding rate up to 95.1%. The optimal medium for prolifieration was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.2 mg/L GA+0.2 mg/L NAA, with increment coefficient up to 16.1. The optimal medium for rooting was 1/2MS+0.2 mg/L IBA+0.4 mg/L NAA, with the rooting rate of multiplied buds up to 85.4% after 30 days and the survival rate of transplants of 87.3% on 30 days after transplanted to mixed matrix of pond silt and river sand(3:l,V:V) for 10 days.
