Team knowledge sharing is important to enhance team performance, and how to improve team knowledge sharing is one of the research focuses currently. The mediating effect of transactive memory system on the relationship between cognitive trust, affective trust and team knowledge sharing is examined based on cognitive perspective. On the basis of constructing the theoretical model, an empirical analysis with the data of 158 valid questionnaires is carried on to test the hypotheses. Results show that both cognitive trust and affective trust have a significant positive effect on team knowledge sharing, and transactive memory system partly mediates the relationship.
