摘要
[目的/意义]旨在探讨在线知识社区特有风险情境中的信任概念及其细分维度,开发在线知识社区信任测量量表,支持知识型社区内用户行为的实证研究。[方法/过程]从有高共识度的信任概念出发,针对用户在知识搜寻、知识贡献和知识讨论过程中面临的3类风险,援引在线社区的制度性因素,界定在线知识社区信任的维度。进一步,批判修改现有国内外量表、编制17个初始题项,经探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,开发出由面向搜寻风险的信任(含5个题项)、面向贡献风险的信任(含4个题项)、面向讨论风险的信任(含3个题项)3个维度构成的在线知识社区信任量表。[结果/结论]实证检验发现,该量表信效度良好,对知识搜寻行为、知识贡献行为具有较好的预测作用。
[Purpose/Significance]This paper aims to explore the concept of trust and its subdivision dimensions in the unique risk situations of online knowledge communities,develop a measurement scale of online knowledge community trust,and support empirical research on user behavior within knowledgebased communities.[Method/Process]Based on the concept of trust with high consensus,this paper defines the dimensions of online knowledge community trust based on the institutional factors of online community,aiming at three types of risks faced by users in the process of knowledge search,knowledge contribution,and knowledge discussion.Further,the existing domestic and foreign scales were critically modified,and 17 initial items were compiled.Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the online knowledge community trust scale is composed of three dimensions,namely,search risk-oriented trust(including 5 items),contribution risk-oriented trust(including 4 items),and argument risk-oriented trust(including 3 items),was developed.[Result/Conclusion]The empirical test shows that the scale with satisfied reliability and validity,can predict knowledge searching and knowledge contribution well.
