摘要
介绍了一种辣椒去核机定向装置的设计思路及其结构组成,并建立了三维模型;阐述了其工作原理,即运用一对倾斜且有一定夹角相向对滚的辊杠,辣椒在从上部滑下的过程中较细一端先通过,较粗的部分最后通过,从而完成定向;描述了其定向的运动过程,并对关键部分做了详细的力学分析,包括定向装置在工作过程中辣椒的静力学和运动学分析。分析结果表明:采用这种定向装置可以满足辣椒定向后按确定方向均匀排列在输送带上的要求,适用于机械化生产,提高了工作效率,市场应用前景广阔。
This paper briefly introduces a design idea and structure composition of a kind of chili pitter directional mecha -nism,and makes its three-dimensional model;describes its working principle and the orientated principle is using a pair of inclined roller of having included angle , which opposite to roll and the chili from the upper pepper slide down , in this process , the thin part firstly pass through , the thick last;then describes its directional movement , and makes a detailed mechanical analysis for the key parts , including static and kinematic analysis of chili during the directional device opera-tion; this directional device can meet the orientation requirements that pepper evenly arranged on the conveyor belt by de -termining the direction , and suitable for mechanized production , improve work efficiency ,its market prospect is broad .
