摘要
在已有的穴盘精量播种机样机的基础上,以重播率和漏播率为播种指标,确定吸种气压、清种气压、吸种时间、吸种距离及种盘振动幅度5个因素并选择了每个因素的3个水平,设计实施了正交试验。对试验数据结果先后进行极差和方差分析,将各个因素对试验结果的影响程度进行了排序,找出显著影响因素并得出所定因素水平下的最优因素水平组合。最后,通过验证试验证明了试验结论的可靠性,并分析了试验中存在的问题,为后期试验提供参考。
This paper describes the significance of factory seedling.The orthogonal test is implementation on the existing precision seed tray prototype machine whose seed indexes are reseed rate and leakage seed rate.Those two indexes make sure five factors:the suction pressure, clear pressure, suction time, suction distance, the plate vibration amplitude and every factor has 3 levels.Do range and variance analysis for the test results and ranging the affect degree of each factor on the test.Finding out the significant factors and obtaining the optimal factors combination based on the fixed factors level. Finally, experiment proves that the reliability of the test results, and analyzes the existing problems in the test, and pro-vides reference for later experiments.
