摘要
我国高校不乏成功的全英语教学典范,但是大多数高校无法拥有类似的强大教学团队和丰富教学资源,因而双语/EMI课程效果往往不尽如人意。本研究基于全国数所高校双语/EMI课程的成功经验,对15门市级双语教学示范课程的多项因素进行分析,从课程设置科学性、课程体系完整性、语言与内容相互促进等方面对双语/EMI教师发展及师资培育进行阐述,以期为我国双语/EMI课程发展提供启示。
There lacks no successful examples of EMI (English Medium Instruction) courses at university level in China, but most universities fail to have a powerful team of outstanding teachers equipped with adequate teaching re- sources. Therefore, many difficulties have occurred in bilingual/EMI teaching. Based on an investigation into some universities and an analysis of 15 municipal model bilingual courses, this study proposes a professional profile for ef- fective bilingual/EMI teaching and teachers' serf-enhancement and development, with emphasis on the scientific course design, completeness of the course system, and reciprocity between language and content. The study is expected to provide some implications for the development of bilingual/EMI courses in China.
