摘要
目前,常见的CAM类软件如UG,Mastercam等在加工领域已有非常广泛的应用。但在高速加工方面,这些软件缺乏针对性的优化,只能对切削刀路做简单的拐角圆滑及减速处理,局部加工仍然存在安全隐患。Solidcam高速加工模块中的HSR和HSM对切削刀路及连刀路径中的所有拐角都进行光顺处理,有效避免加工过程中的刀具停顿,使机床保持连续运动。对某零件利用HSR和HSM进行加工,结果证明,加工过的曲面质量较高,编程效率和安全性也得到了提升。
At present, the common CAM software such as UG. Mastercam has been widely used in machining field. Because the software is lack of specific optimization in high speed machining, only simply making the corners of cutting toolpaths smoother and the speed slower, local processing still exists security risks. The HSR and HSM in high speed processing module of Solidcam can smooth all corners of connection toolpaths and cutting toolpaths, effectively avoiding the tool to pause and making the machine keep continuous moving. It is proved that after processing some part with HSR and HSM,the quality of processed surface is high, the efficiency of programming and the safety is improved as well.
